Shipping

Standard domestic shipping in the U.S. is always free. Delivery time is typically 3-6 business days. 

International Shipping - Please use the Contact form or email us at info@mooninvirgo if you would like to have something shipped internationally. 

Returns

Items may be returned for a full refund within 365 days of the purchase date, provided the following requirements are met:

-All original packaging, including all tags and boxes must be included with the return.
-All products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. 
-Your original form of payment will be refunded. 

    How do I start a return?

    In order to create a return, send an email to info@mooninvirgo.com or use the Contact form. Please indicate your reason for return, your email address, and include your Order #. Once your return request has been received, you will be emailed a return shipping label. Please do not use your own shipping label because we will not be able to track your return. 

    Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. For domestic returns, $7.95 will be deducted from your refund for the return shipping costs. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.

    Exchanges

    We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return your item using the instructions under the Returns section above and place a new order.
