In order to create a return, send an email to info@mooninvirgo.com or use the Contact form. Please indicate your reason for return, your email address, and include your Order #. Once your return request has been received, you will be emailed a return shipping label. Please do not use your own shipping label because we will not be able to track your return.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
